Hi, my name is Louise and I have been baking for over 40 years. I have also been a decorative artist for the past 20+ years. Creating edible works of art as well as decorative hand crafted and painted items that are suitable as gifts for all ages is what I love.
Maydennison is a combination of the names of my Husband and children - the people who are dearest to me. They are also my biggest supporters.
As a child I watched my Grandmother mix fruit cakes in huge china bowls, then bake them in her wood oven. She then made her own fondant and royal icing and created beautifully decorated cakes for all the special occasions in our lives. She also took orders from outside of the family. It is my dream to continue this tradition.

Specialising in wedding cakes, I also create cakes for birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, christenings, baby showers and any other special occasion in your life, or just because you want a lovely, delicious cake.
I am located in Withcott, which is just out of Toowoomba but am happy to deliver to anywhere within 300km. Ipswich, Brisbane, Granite Belt, Darling, Southern and Western Downs, South Burnett, Lockyer Valley, Somerset, Scenic Rim, Gold and Sunshine Coasts and inland.
All of my cakes are baked from scratch using fresh, quality ingredients. And you can't go wrong with any of the many delicious flavours on offer.
I operate from a registered kitchen with the required Food Business Licence and insurance, which means you can order from me with confidence.
I am always looking at cake designs and partaking in classes with local and international cake artists to keep my designs current and like to make every cake unique. Please browse through the Gallery to see examples of my work and don't hesitate to contact me for a quote.
